Novotel Genova City - Genoa

Very resonable price and included breakfast

Pleasant and fairly friendly staff of the hotel at check-out. The restaurant was particularly good with excellent breakfast buffet, we ordered hot dishes. It had very comfy beds and an incredibly beautiful view to industrial harbor.

I have no objections. Everything, everything is great.

The room was spacious, allowing our baby to crawl around freely. The staff were really good, accommodating our request for a late checkout due to our child's needs.

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom.

Honestly, the people at the desk where beyond fantastic.... so helpful and truly professional. We had several questions (shopping, autostrada, etc.) they helped us with everything! (Thank you)

Just a little bit expensive for an overnight nearish to the airport stay... but ultiamtely worth it with the assistance we received.

The first day we stayed received nice room, then the week later we received a room with stains in carpet and broken hair dryer and no coffee machine. No restaurant near by and hotel expensive for the food you receive.

Consider taking the metro for quicker access to the city center. It saves you time after walking with luggage.

I liked the possibility of use the car park (at 14,50 euro a day) and the relative short distance to "Acquario di Genova" (by bus)

Very near the Port of Genova, easy access from the boot (Bastia-Corsica) Near Auto Highway to Milan.Try the nice restaurant 400 meters across the street on the right side!

We stayed in a spacious deluxe apartment with a kitchen, which was great. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, especially the fresh pastries. The staff arranged a taxi for us, making everything so easy.

Carpet, sofa, and bathroom were all yellowish. Room stank of stale smoke, despite being on a non-smoking corridor. Bed was only about 2 feet off the floor. Bathroom was grimy and there was some sort of leak somewhere. The carpet outside the bathroom had a tide-mark. Restaurant staff seemed put out when we turned up for lunch.

i liked the fact that even with the heavy traffice outside,due to very good sound proofing we had a relaxing stay, and the bonus was the swimming pool,great, because the weather was nice as well

A Lovely Family Getaway

We had a wonderful night with a spacious room perfect for our family. The bathroom offered a relaxing bath after our long day, and we loved the nearby shopping and aquarium attractions. Don't miss trying the rigatoni alla carbonara in the restaurant, but be sure to ask for less salt!
