great stay but minor hiccups

The room was spacious, allowing our baby to crawl around freely. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our request for a late checkout due to our child's needs.

We had a wonderful night with a spacious room perfect for our family. The bathroom offered a relaxing bath after our long day, and we loved the nearby shopping and aquarium attractions. Don't miss trying the rigatoni alla carbonara in the restaurant, but be sure to ask for less salt!

The pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, which was really disappointing, but the location is perfect for exploring. I loved how clean and comfortable the room was, perfect for a family getaway. The garage was spacious and easy to use, making parking a breeze!

We stayed for one night and the room was spacious enough for our whole family. The kids loved the interactive area! The restaurant had nice food and the staff were super friendly. A bit of a bummer was the breakfast staff. they were kinda rude and the coffee wasn't great, but at least the pancakes were good.

Staying here made my city explorations so smooth with the aquarium of genoa just a short walk away and the beautiful spianata castelletto viewpoint nearby, where you can take in stunning views of the city. the staff were friendly and the room was both spacious and clean, providing a comfy spot to recharge after my adventures.
